Jason Kobal, Esq.
Jason R. Kobal, Esq., was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, March 4, 1976. His education consists of initially attending Shippensberg University in 1994; and ultimately obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University in 1998. Attorney Kobal attended law school at Stetson College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2001. After being admitted to Florida Bar in May of 2001, he became an Administrative Law Judge as an Unemployment Appeals Referee, where he held over 2,000 hearings with only 2 reversals over the next few years. Jason Kobal has experience as an associate, formerly with a nationally recognized law firm based in Tampa, Florida, where he broadened his experience by representing employers and carriers in workers compensation claims until 2004. Subsequently, Jason Kobal worked lead the workers compensation department with Chadwick Law Group, until becoming a partner at Chadwick and Kobal, P.A., further practicing workers compensation law. At this time, Attorney Jason R. Kobal has proudly associated with Smith & Stallworth, P.A., focusing his extensive skills and practice on all workers compensation matters and representing all injured claimants throughout the State of Florida.
